The New Zealand Breakers are delighted to continue their long-standing partnership with Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand (LBC) this season. LBC is the only national charity dedicated to supporting patients and their families living with blood cancers and serious blood conditions throughout New Zealand. Everyday six adults and children will receive the diagnosis that will turn their lives upside down overnight. LBC is committed to not only improving their lives but also ensuring that no-one faces their blood cancer journey alone.Through providing courtside tickets for patients and their families, having Breakers team members meet the kids at Starship Hospital, fundraising at key games and a range of other activities, the New Zealand Breakers not only support LBC’s vital work through raising funds but also bring smiles and joy to families living with a blood cancer.
Meadow Fresh Court of Dreams
Have your team raise the curtain for the Sky Sport Breakers.
We are giving basketball teams aged Year 5-8 the opportunity to participate in the Meadow Fresh Court of Dreams. Teams will play a 15-minute game on the court shortly before the Sky Sport Breakers take on their NBL rivals, plus kids will be outfitted with jerseys and supporters tickets to the game. “The Tauranga Intermediate Angels Basketball team had the best day possible with a fun trip up, great game against a really nice team (Waitakere Intermediate) followed by an excellent win by the Breakers.
